Harwood Lettings is a property company operating throughout the North West. The company is founded with a desire to offer great standards of customer care, value for money and service. Our specialist expertise is in the local area where we apply our skills to a range of property types.

We are not a traditional letting agent. We strive for the best service for our customers and we also deliver great value. We market our properties predominately through the links we have to internet search sites, such as rightmove, property finder and through our boards and bespoke marketing that we offer for your property. We do not operate a high street outlet. It is our belief that the high street is no longer the most cost effective proposition for Landlords and Tenants – If you are currently a landlord you will have seen a very turbulent time with rental incomes and potentially increased voids. Through our unique business we offer Landlords the lowest rates they will find anywhere and tenants lower administration fees and more competitive rents.

Harwood Lettings was developed during 2006 and launched for business at the start of 2007 as a result of increasing mortgage payments and static rents – We offer a solution designed to help all parties. New landlords are welcome and you can benefit from fees for a fully managed service as low as 10%. Our administration fees are also amazing value for tenants and landlords! We are always available to answer any questions or solve problems.

Since the company’s inception in Warrington in 2007 we have expanded to include offices in Liverpool, Manchester and St Helens.
